THURSDAY, DECEMBER 24TH & FRIDAY, DECEMBER 25TH – Christmas Eve and Christmas Day at St. George’s. Heartfelt thanks to parishioner Kevin Decker for all his hard work with decorating our church for Christmas with greenery, flowers and trees. Whether at Mass in-person or live-streaming, Kevin and a handful of volunteers kept the Christmas spirit alive and beautiful at our historic church.

MONDAY, DECEMBER 21st –  “The Greening of the Church” at St. George’s took on a different look with only a very few volunteers working their magic! These pictures are proof that Georgians do not let their church go unadorned for the Christmas season even during this pandemic.

December 6, 2020 – On this, Saint Nicholas Day, we consecrated two Saint Nicholas icons during Mass. These icons were given to St. George’s by Jeffrey and Barbara Wengrovius. In the first picture, we have Saint Nicholas (Brian Taylor) and Fr. Stromberg flanking the two icons. The second picture is a closeup of the icons.
